Meet The Crew

Bradd Mlaskoch – President and Owner                                                Has 23 years of experience in the field including 20 years as field supervisor.  In charge of all bidding, negotiating and contracts.  Oversees all jobs and communicates with our Project managers and Crew Foremen on a daily basis.  Operates 475 Case Plow Cat, 750 John Deere Plow Cat, Directional Bore Unit, 860 Plow Trencher, 8550 Case Plow Trencher, Ditch Witch Plow Trencher and Drop Machine.

Danielle Mlaskoch – Vice President and Owner                                    Has 10 years experience in the utility industry.  Responsible for all day to day operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, all aspects of insurance, vehicle registration and licensing requirements.

Kevin Ketchmark – Sr. Project Manager/Estimator
Has 25 years experience in the field including 12 years as Crew Foreman and 5 years as Sr. Project Manager/Estimator.  Responsible for daily administrative operations including inspections, one calls, complaints, obtaining blue prints, assists with billing and with RUS bidding process.  Ensures that job is completed to specification and within required time frame.  City of St. Cloud Excavator Certified.
 
Pam Potter – Operations Manager/Safety Director
Has 13 years of experience in the utility industry in Human Resources, Contract Management, Accounting and Safety.  Responsible for Human Resources and Safety including training, audits, DOT compliance and insurance claims.  OSHA 10, Erosion and Sediment Control, MN/DOT Flagger Trainer and Confined Space Entry Certified.

Kelly Nelson – Shop Foreman
Has 10 years experience as Shop Foreman.  Responsible for all aspects of vehicles/equipment including repair and maintenance, parts ordering, inventory, body work and painting, assists with vehicle/equipment sales and purchasing and vehicle registration.  Assists with DOT compliance, Commercial Vehicle Inspector and City of St. Cloud Excavator Certified.

Mike Vichorek – Marketing & Public Relations Manager
Has 7 years of experience in the utility industry specializing in public relations and marketing.  Responsible for customer relations with existing clients and securing new clients for Mlaskoch.

Sheldon Johnson – Project Manager
Has over 15 years experience in the utility industry and is in his 10th year as Project Manager for Mlaskoch.  Responsible for daily administrative operations including inspections, one calls, complaints, obtaining blue prints and assists with billing.  Ensures that job is completed to specifications and within required time frame.  OSHA 10 Certified.

Dennis Anderson – Project Manager
Has over 30 years experience in the utility industry and is in his 3rd year as Project Manager for Mlaskoch.  Responsible for daily administrative operations including inspections, one calls, complaints, obtaining blue prints and assists with billing.  Ensures that job is completed to specifications and within required time frame.

Bill Clayton – Project Manager
Has over 15 years experience in the utility industry and is in his 3rd year as Project Manager for Mlaskoch.  Responsible for daily administrative operations including inspections, one calls, complaints, obtaining blue prints and assists with billing.  Ensures that job is completed to specifications and within required time frame.

Wayne Anderson – Project Manager
Has over 30 years experience in the utility industry and is in his 2nd year as Project Manager for Mlaskoch.  Responsible for daily administrative operations including inspections, one calls, complaints, obtaining blue prints and assists with billing.  Ensures that job is completed to specifications and within required time frame.  OSHA 10, WA/DOT Flagger and Confined Space Entry Certified.
